I'm referring to this
article from The Star today... without filtering those rust away. Who dare's to
drink direct from the tap...

"Dr Hassan (State executive councillor
in charge of infrastructure Datuk Dr Hassan Ali ) said that tap water in the

It depends on area. Try to look at Pandan & Cheras area. I am living in this
area where I have to install flter for drinking and also for washing, otherwise
my white cloths will turn in to yellow just in one wash. Last time I live in
Loke Yew, same thing happening

Hi Jenice, i think this has been happening for quite some time now and i don't
think its fair for people to give false comment in the media. From what i felt
is they are just trying to cover up the truth.

Is there anyway we rakyat can
help in resolving this problem. Seriously there is still a lot of people who
can't afford to buy/install good water filter. Imagine what's the long term side
effect of drinking those rust and mud...

I'm really dissapointed with
SYABAS, there was this manager there that told me that he will call me back to
attend the water quality problem when the water disruption problem has been
resolve. As expected no call received till today...

S C Lee - Collecting of Garbage.

Dear Jenice Lee,

I wish to highlight on the garbage collection services
in & around the Teratai Constituency.

When a garbage
collecting truck collects the garbages from house to house, the truck
normally and usually has water (ie garbage bags collected with water in it & etc or water collected
previously/maybe the last trip the truck is not properly clean.) coming out behind the truck giving it a very bad foul smell and is spill
on the road as it collect its garbages along the road & after smelling
it, well your day may as well be over also.

Well this has been
happening all the while and if it is spill directly in front of your house
and when the wind blows towards it, it would not be pleasant at all.
It is even worse (the smell) when it is a hot and sunny day.

The constituents here have been
enduring this matter and I hope something positive can b...

I have talk to Alam Flora and show my unhappiness in the way they run the
garbage collection. I will let my new councillors to handle the case soon.

I feel very sorry for PANDAN people....

I think its is time to review
SYABAS's contract. Selangor is the most developed state in Malaysia but
can't even provide a basic needs.

We must have better system such
as:
a) a piping system which can divert water from one area to another if
there is an emergncy.

b) must make it complusory to have own water
service tank in new housing areas.

c) New water service tank to be build
in housing areas where that is an increase in population.

d)
discount to be given by SYABAS to its consumer if there is a water
disruption for more than 24 hours.
